Winter Fashion collection.
Client: V&A Waterfront:
Objective:
The annual V&A Winter collection starts before winter hits Cape Town. V&A Waterfront shopping centre sees itself as South Africa’s premium fashion destination. With an opening of fashion brands Zara, Mango and Louis Vuitton on the waterfront to achieve their target.
Idea:
was to create ice sculpture for this year winter fashion collection. An Ice sculpture company was asked to carve mannequins and clothing from the Waterfront various stores was the source for the shoot.
Campaign Collateral :
Transparent A3 posters were designed and placed around V&A store window displays.
These window posters had the event hand written and printed as a cold and frosted effect. Designer clothing was frozen in blocks of ice and used as the backdrop on the catwalk continued the ice theme. While designer shoes were frozen in ice were doted around the Waterfront during the event too. P.O.S campaign, Radio campaign, Print ads, Billboard.
